Qspice : A Sad Day for the Tech Community
Catching up with the genius after four years, I was struck by how much he had declined. And I didn't know he needed an insulin pump. No, it's not type 2. And he couldn't even say Caligula right. Sad, sad, sad. "Calliglia."
If you were to write a book, what would it be on? I wish I'd taken the time to write a book about all the travel that I did.
I tried suggesting that the UI needed work, but he wasn't having any of it. Everything I came out with set the standard at the time. Really?:)
Something about an SPI or an I2C interface being a native class, and so just six lines of code.
There are some things in LT that aren't done right, so Qspice is about 2x faster. First version of LT was written in 10 months and nobody wanted it.
Something about adding support for oscillograms. Went over my head.
