Cliffhanger. Even, Ending with a Finish that Included Some Flair
Incredible stuff. Sure, both teams have character - talk about Florida coming back from 2-0 games down against Toronto (being favorites to win despite that deficit really says something for your reputation!). I'm still picking Florida to hold on for the cup - something about Barkov's influence on the rest of the team. I'd be surprised if Edmonton can pull it off.
Great result for Edmonton, but, somehow, Florida just comes off as the better, more professional team. True, I'd rate Edmonton's performance against Dallas much higher than Florida's against Carolina - they pretty much went to sleep in Game 4 where they should have wrapped things up.
Worthy winners of an engrossing slugfest.

The Panthers lost for the first time when leading after the first or second period in three postseasons under coach Paul Maurice. They were previously 31-0 in such situations.
